Is there a particular registration period for the Imagine Academy?
The Imagine Academy views learning as a pathway to advancement and happiness and wants you to be able to begin your journey whenever you wish. You can register at any time, year round, and you have one full year from your registration date to complete the course(s) you have chosen.

What is the tuition cost?
During our Grand Opening Enrollment Special, tuition for each Imagine Academy course is only $249.00. The regular price of Imagine Academy courses is $498.00. All courses in every grade level have the same tuition. You save $249.00 per course (50% Off). And because you get complete access for one full year this may be the time to enroll in classes even if you do not start them right away.

Is there a registration fee?
Yes. It is a one time cost of $9.95 to register as many courses as you like.

Is there a shipping fee?
Yes. It is a one time cost of $9.95 for all of the materials you need for the course.

Do I have to pay extra for the materials?

Absolutely Not!  Everything is included in our one low course tuition.

When will I receive access to my course(s)?

We know you are excited to get started so we've streamlined the registration process! You will be given instant access as soon as you complete the entire enrollment process (including payment). Your class materials (if applicable) will be shipped to you within 2-4 days.


What materials can I expect to receive?

Each course is written differently and draws on the most up to date sources and comprehensive materials. Please note that materials provided change from course to course, however they may consist of a combination of e-books, textbooks, videos, website assignments and CDs.

How long do I have to complete a course?
365 days. Students can work at any time and at their own own pace. There is never a need for a student to feel rushed or pressured to finish an assignment.

What if I am not satisfied with the course?

Do I receive high school or college credit for completing a course?
You receive a Certificate of Completion from the Imagine Academy when you finish all your coursework. Depending on the institution, you may be able to apply for credit for the course by showing your work. Please note that every institution has different procedures when accepting transfer credits and it is done at their discretion.

When is the Live Tutoring available?
Our tutors are available between 8:30 Am and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday, except for national holidays.

What if I want to drop a course?
You have 1 week (7 days) after you register to decide if the course is right for you. If you decide to drop a course during that time you will receive a refund for your class tuition minus a 15% registration fee so long as any curriculum materials are returned within 30 days in perfect usable condition.

You must notify Student Services by email at  info@theimagineacademy.org.
If you decide to drop the course after 7 days you will still receive a 50% refund on your class tuition.

What if I want to change courses?
If you change courses before your initial 7 days, there is no charge. After 7 days there will be a $75 course change fee.

Are there any other charges?
Abslutely not!

Will your program work with a Macintosh?
Due to differences in operating systems, we cannot currently guarantee MAC compatibility, although a lot of the software and videos work on MACs. In order to make certain that everything is accessible, the student should have a Windows-based computer.

I am in a different time zone from the school. How will this work?
That’s the beauty of virtual schooling! Almost everything at the Academy is available 24/7. Students have access to their classes to complete work anytime they are most comfortable, even at night! Imagine Academy students may e-mail Academic Counselors anytime. (Of course, emails are eviewed during normal school hours, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST.)

When can I work on the courses?
24 Hours a Day! 7 days a week! 365 days a year!

Do I have to be online any specific time?
No. You can do your coursework and assignment any time that fits into your schedule! The only exception is that the Living Word Bible courses braodcast videos certain times of the week which must be watched during the pre-scheduled braodcast times.


How can I read PDF (Acrobat) files?
You will need a copy of the Acrobat reader program, which we provide free of charge. click here for a free download.


What is online learning like?
Using the Internet for both the delivery of instructional materials, and the creation of new and compelling educational materials is becoming a popular option for people who are looking for alternatives to traditional education.

The Imagine Academy curriculum is interactive and interesting. It combines many different traditional and multi-media teaching techniques to create an enriching learning experience. Students do not sit at a computer all day. Our coursework includes a wide-range of activies and book-based lessons.

When you sign up for a course at The Imagine Academy, materials are sent to the student through email, postal mail and/or the Internet. Some of the work is offline, and some is online through our web-enabled courseware. With engaging activities, colorful graphics, animated materials, and the infusion of multimedia, such as digitized sound and videos, online learning is quickly transforming education as we know it!


Can I print out the lessons for review while off the Internet?
Lessons and ebooks can be printed for reference and study. Due to copyright law, materials can only be used by the person enrolled and may not be redistributed or used by others.


Do I need to be able to type in order to complete the work?
No. While typing skills may make a lesson go more quickly, they are by no means a necessity. There are many students who find that the "hunt and peck" typing technique works just fine.
